Day of the Dead Mexican Holiday.

Started this yesterday, the textuers are just a quick test just to see how its looking still have to add a bounch of details like top of the shirt, pins in the hair and then do a proper paint job not one that was done in 10 mins.

That looks awesome. Love the makeup. Not really into the white centers of the flowers, they draw my eye too much.

Back in Maya dis map, normal map up and runnig. Still hate Mental Ray (Why im a modeler not a render texture guy) but slowly getting better at it, just a few test renders before i start the skin shader. Still cant seem to get the shadows supper smooth any ideas on what setting to tweak would be awesome.

How are you layering the makeup over the skin texture? Is it a layered texture with an alpha channel and blend mode?

looks good. Use Zapplink and the healing brush in PS to remove the seam. I also do this on my displace and normals. Same process but just painting with the healing over a normal on the seam with the normal map in the texture slot. Or any map...
