I have created a house in Maya for my portfolio, it's animated and textured and everything but I want to destroy the house in my final render. I have applied nCloth, used cut faces to create way more ''pieces'', and made a sphere which is my passive collider.
When I animate the sphere to go through the house, it does, and the house deforms and moves with it, but all the faces stay together? Even though I selected all the edges and used ''Detach"..
Any tips?

This is the house, I still have to adjust lighting, shading and the background and floor etc. But you'll get where I'm going at. I will change the tiles on the roof too. And keep in mind that this is my first ever project.
