very nice first post luistlf... looks very realistic.. the shadow looks a little off, but the tires and framework look very nice

Sure

It`s quite simple...first you find a tyre surface that you like, as you can see your tyre surface is repeated within a 360ยบ circle.
then you need to model just "one" peace of the tyre surface
(depending on the tyre surface complexity) put it in the right position then duplicate along the tyre.

360/x=N

x=desired rotate angle
N= number of turns

My english is note very good i hope i could be any helpfull.

I have always admired those "Rhino looking" models, all flashy and really nice. I must say this rendering is stunning. It has a nice purity over it.
