rotate tool
i am a neebie i cant get the rotate tool to work the way it used too. i used to see the lines to rotate it now its small. how can i get to see the circle when i click on rotate tool. i dont see it all i see is a tiny box. i see the circle for the rotate tool on the dog tutorial
