You know you're a Maya geek when you...

You know you're a Maya geek when you ...

... open your eyes in the morning an marvel at how quick the world renders.
... look at modernistic art, and think: I could do that in Maya with my eyes closed.
... look at a beautiful view in nature and think about where the spaceship should go, and how to get the best shadows.
... put on too large clothes and think they will shrink to fit as soon as you start animating.
... want to add some dirt and scratches to your new car to make it look authentic.
... look at a naked cat and wonder what happened to the fur render layer.
... look at a three legged dog and think it's a WiP.
... buy a neat tool and start your computer to put it on the shelf.
... render a cloth pach with hair to repair your sofa.
... wonder what kind of computer G-d has to render everything in such high poly count.
... model your new house and all the furniture to decide where to put things when you move in.

In the begining God created a whole lot of rigid bodies, and set some motion paths. He also set the lighting.

These are the ones I've done before:

... open your eyes in the morning an marvel at how quick the world renders.

... look at modernistic art, and think: I could do that in Maya with my eyes closed.

... look at a beautiful view in nature and think about where the spaceship should go, and how to get the best shadows.
