Well If you want to do from the post reply box below just use this sintaxis ...
Substitute every parentesis for the corresponding [ or ]

(URL=the url of the place)text that is going to be displayed(/URL)

That´s how I do it .. remember it´s not with parenthesis ... but with those ehh .. don´t know how they´re called --> [ ]
