Want to make ocean and coast

I am making an intro graphic for a presentation and I want to make the camera run along an ocean and then come up to a cliff and just pull up onto land,
how do I create the ocean?

Maybe you could use the ocean shader? Create a plane as your ocean, then assign new material>ocean shader.
