help with making a horizon

Hello there champs.
I need help making a horiszon. I dont know if i should use Envfog or any other techninc. I realy have no idea how to pull this off.
The scene is a house standing totaly alone in the snow. And when i render i can see the edge off my "snow" plane.
And want to show the stars above the house so people get a litle Christmas feeling.
Can you help me?

Use the depth of field on your camera's attribute editor.

Imagination is more important than knowledge.

That or --
1) Skybox (Terragen works well for this)
2) light fog
3) Hills in the distance so you can't actually see the end.
4) Hehehe, lensflare, but that'd probably screw your picture
