object grid and dividing polygons

when using the scuplt tool how do you hide the subdivision grid on the object you selected to sculpt? I looked through the show hide menu.

Also how do you add polygons specifically to a mouth area so you can sculpt it better? (similar to isoparms on NURBS)

Thanks

not sure about the first problem but the second you can use insert edge loop or split polygon tool

that's a "Ch" pronounced as a "K"
