How can i animate a hand(fingers etc)?

I made a hand and ý want it to hold a sword but how ým gonna use joints set keys are there any tutorials about it?

just create a hand rig llike normal, then use constrains for the sword to follow the hand's orientation and position.

why don't you constrain the hand to the sword and key the sword afterwards user added image The hand will follow if you have the IK working

Sorry guys but i know only about modelling and texturing and the motion path things i am about to finish fundemantels
so dont know how to set keys or build skeletons and make them work im looking for a tutorial for it
