Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

Messed around with render settings. I am using the default renderer now. I was to sick of messing with mental ray. I think it looks ok. Not as good as mental ray but what can you do. I will not waste anymore time.

Put the driver in the jeep and did some more texture mapping.

hey,... the jeep is awesome,...
if you want to make it even more realistic.... i would make the tire inprints not that perfect and not that straight... and the boulders could get some rougher shape....

looks great! again I'll say. LOL.. umm yeah on the tire tracks. maybe you could also like blur the bump or what ever you have on there.. I don't think the ground will hold the pattern that well.

here is the thread! Great work. Inspired me to make my own. Can't wait to see more....I have been battleing MR for a long time as well...It took me a while, but I decided to go with mr for my renders...results are cool, but takes a while to tweek the settings to get what you want...have to measure quality with render time.
