why the mirror can't reflect the glow?

I'm pretty sure that "GLOW" is a "post-process", and therefore, is rendered last, overtop the geometry.

Your best bet would always be to render all of your glows, and optical effects separatly, and composite in postuser added image

Alternatively, you could check out the render globals for "RENDER LAYER PASS CONTROL", ans read the docs on how to use it.

It comes in VERY handy for batch layer processinguser added image
