hello,..

created this model a while ago,.. (about a month).. then got busy with some other stuff... and well, basically did not finish it...
there is text on the back,.. logo (the apple) and some other stuff to finish..
it is probably going to take me another month to continue doing it again... but for now, I just wanted to see what else would you suggest ... :p

I haven't seen a ipob befor so I can't really coment. but it looks like a nice model.

i like the views with partial wire partial shaded. how do you do that?

I personally hate ipods, and the lithium battery goes dead in about 18 months... and is unreplaceable in earlier models so you have to(and apple recoomends) you go out and buy a new model.

The model itself though looks very nice.

Maybe i should model my mp3 player...

Twisted, Im pretty sure he did the partial-wire/partial-shaded in Photoshop. Its fairly simple, really. user added image

lol,.. thanx a lot guys .. and their girlfriends (I gues.. lol :p)!!! ..
it did take me some time modelling this thingy (especially the smooth and equal angles)... me being a kinda n00b in modelling, and still I'm not finished... :o

.. and yes twisteddragon33, I did make it in the graphic edittor... not sure which one of two... Photoshop or Corel, you just play with the Interactive Object Transparency tool... (I think it's in Corel) user added image

yeah, I've heard those rommors about the battery being dead after 18months... but I hope they've fixed this problem in the newer version.. user added image
