I gonna try and find out the true meaning of that scene cos i would like to know. They either slapped it in there to get the extra publicity [not that they need it] or there's some underlying meaning.

Besides not to bash on them nor anything, but to be truthfull I´d say Amidala´s love for Anakin is comparable to HowardPorter´s Zombie fish. That was a soap-opera on heavy VFX steroids. :p

oh forgot to mention. i was surprised as well when i read the article. even neos clothes are supposed to be rendered in the burly brawl - wow.

and whenever you think that they switched form real film to cg in that scene, they actually "only" switched from cg that is possible to do with regular film to cg that is virtually impossible to do w/o computer to cg that is better not even tried to shoot in regular film.
