about View port Panel menu hide and show (Solved)

Dear Maya Professionals on SM.com

I'm a maya beginner and I have a problem~
should be really simple and easy to solve coz it's really stupid problem.. like 'once you know how then too easy' kind~
Please somebody help me~

you know in maya 6.0 unlimited and all other maya versions
we normally see the 4 view ports as 'Top, Front, Side and Persp'
and there is a Panel manu which is followed by
' View, Shading, Lighting, Show and Panels ' and these menu is nicely placed on top left side of all view port, right?

Some how~ I have hidden this menu and I can't find a way to make it re-appear. I have attached an image of a screenshot.
I belive i have pressed Control with M button on Keyboard~
so 'Ctrl+M' (don't try) not 100% sure but I think that's how i doomed myself~

so~ please, have a look at the pic attached and could there be nice person out there who could help me~

Thank you~
