Motion Trail Help

Ok. So I have this motion trail. Is there a way I can edit one of the frame spots? I have bound the position of frame 0, 15, and 30.

I dont want to just go to each frame, and change every set, I want to be able to move one point in the trail, and have the others adjust acordingly.

If not with the trail, any way else?

How about path animation?

You'd be able to pseudo-interactivly do that type of thing, all the while looking at the "onion skins" trail as well...
