could just be me but i think the pupils look a little large, and he also looks a little bug eyed i think. i learned once that eyes should always be one eye's width apart if that helps. or it could just be me or the angle im looking at :p other than that amazing. i love the skin texture and i cant wait to see the body.

Seeing as it's not a completed model (no body) I'll move this to WIP.

His left pupil looks bigger than his right pupil. :p On the left half of his face, it looks too flat compared to the right half. It maybe the lighting tho. Other than that, kool. user added image

i remeber that you could connect lights just to the eyes and more specifically just to the specular of the eyes...
but its been so long since i used that trick that i forgot how user added image! (been looking on the light linker and now i cant remeber... alzheimer and exams make my brain pulp...)

Layered shader, perhaps.

no layered shaders involved... we just somehow connected the lights to the specular of a metal logo with the fill light not moving but the others (the specular connected) moving over the logo... but its been more than 1.5 years i dont make a logo user added image.
That plus some bars would be useful for the "bright window on the background reflecting just on the eye" effect...

I'm liking the texture mapping, but there appears to be too much noise in it. Looks a bit too bumpy.

His ear looks as if it's hanging off the back of his head. Perhaps a different view and some wireframes would help get it into perspective.
