hair leaves scalp.....

i have a bald human model, and i try to give it hair. i draw some curves and apply brush to it (paint effect). after the hair is done, i parent the curves and the hair strokes to a joint in the center of that model's head (joint between neck and forehead). when i animate the model, the hair leaves the scalp and changes it shape too as if some gravity force works on it. the hair strokes changes it shape while the curves remain the same. i want to make those hairs "frozen" on the scalp, not moving or changing its shape. i dont want the hair to be animated. what should i do. somebody help me pls....and thanx a lot for that. user added image
