Hot keys

How do I set hot keys for menu items in the Viewport Panel? For example I need a hot key for "wireframe on shaded" and "look through selected". Anyone? Thanks.

look trough: just MMB drag from the outliner to that view...

i guess you can make wireframe on shaded a shelf button, then look what command it calls and then somewhere near preferences must be the command to open the window to change/assign commands to keys
