select,move,rotate...etc buttons locked?

OK on to the next problem! Lol

Ok so I am having this problem where I can't select any of the tools on the left hand side! It's really stupid. If you don't know what buttons I am talking about, i am talking about the select, rotate, scale, move, etc.... tools. it is as if they are locked and I can't selest them.

dont know why thats happened but you can use the hotkeys to do the same actions.

q = select/deselect
w = move
e = rotate
r = scale

hope that temporarily helps user added image
