Powerbook Right-click

Does anybody else run Maya on an Apple Powerbook (or any other Apple computer with a 1-button mouse)? I have a three button mouse hooked up to it when I am at my desk, and I have been using Maya there with no problems. I just decided to work on a project in Maya when I wasn't at my desk, using the 1-button scroll pad that is part of the Powerbook, and I can't figure out how to access the right-click and middle-click mouse buttons. Normally, CTRL-click works as a right-click, but for some reason it doesn't work in Maya. I don't know if there is a way to do a middle-click, but that would be great too.

Does anyone know how to make this work? It is really hard to use the program if you can't move the camera angle around with your mouse.

I guess I should post this an in mac related forum, but I think it has something to do with the program since the right-click works fine in every other software except for this one. user added image
