mapping multiple textures

I have a object, and I want to put two different textures on it. One on the front and one on the back. Two different UV maps. Whats the best way to do this?
If I split the mesh into two seperate objects, I get a visible seam along the border edges.

create a 2 sided shader. using the switch nodes.
