Final entries that are attached to the forum should be no larger than 640x480. If you'd like to post larger images, please link to them from your own hosting. Feel free to post wires, texture maps, etc and describe your entry. Make sure you post some sort of photograph of your chosen object so that we can get a nice comparison.

Only images posted in the final entry threads will be considered up for the final judging.

well looks like I'm first user added image

Chosen subject: Polar bear
Fur renderer: Shave and a haircut Demo (hence the grid)
Started with an anatomical study by building the skull before moving onto the full head.
