This course will look at the fundamentals of rendering in Arnold. We'll go through the different light types available, cameras, shaders, Arnold's render settings and finally how to split an image into render passes (AOV's), before we then reassemble it i

Multi Layered Texture question

Greetings,

I am currently busy building a room in Maya and on the ground I wanted to have some sort of sticker. So far so good, most of the ideas I have from the excellent book 'Advanced Maya Texturing and Lighting' by Lee Lanier. However, I seem to bump into a small problem. I have 2 textures, merge them in Hypershade, I have included the structure in the picture below, but at the edge of the Alpha channel, it stops, and you see a square showing.

When I worked under Lightwave, it had an option to have the edge of the texture repeated indefinitely (So the Alpha won't show circles all over the place) instead of the pattern (Such as Wrap U/V or mirror U/V). Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

All the best!
