My first ever woman face

Hi there. I'm a great admirer of most of your art here but I've got to start with something right? This is my first ever (continued) attempt of modelling a human head (meaning I've tried before but gave up many times due to lousy results). It's a polygon mesh, mirrored and smoothed, with a color and bumpmapping images applied; the hair is a simple nurbs object with a simple shader too. The eyes suck big time and so does the hair but I like some features like the ear (it came out better than I thought it would). Well here ya go some pics...

And now three screenshots. Notice the face mesh has already been smoothed by a rate of three, if I recall correctly.

Good start.. Now just try and find some reference, on the proportions of a female face like a side view. That will help you shape the face a bit more..

Keep it up...
