My Favorite Toy Challenge - puneet.3d

Hi friends. From last two weeks i was in dilemma as what to model. Since my childhood i always liked one of my favorite toy and famous fictional, heroic character featured in the Masters of the Universe. Yes, none other than "He-Man". ahhh...user added image I have got few profiles with me. Unfortunately couldn't gather much of stuff.

Here is some initial modeling stages. I have started from lower part of the body as it was looking complicated .so i tried tough thing first. have a look. user added image

i am pushing hard to give it a proper toy look. So i will be finishing the modeling first then i will just give it a toy look through textures and displacement maps. user added image i am enjoying it . user added image

You cant go wrong with he-man, and so far the work looks very promising.

Thanks dear user added image I am trying hard and more over i am enjoying it. and yes in case of
He-Man i have to be very strict with its anatomical detailing .

I grew up with the 1984 he-man toys even though I was just barely a teenager when they came out, and these new versions still look faithful to those originals. I'm really surprised no one did a GI-Joe figure for this comp.

after this i will start with upper body .:)

well . i will keep the lower part as it is for now. and i am going to model the strong arms of He-Man. user added image.

yeaaa.. user added image This is a new model in market. He-man rarely available in market as Masters of universe series no more on television. user added image . But i hope like Transformers , Hulk, Gi-joe, Batman,X-Men,Green hornet, Superman ,Spiderman,Ironman our super hero the He-Man will also come on big screen one day. user added image
