z1mmnd: there will be a valve on the bottom of the strap to allow for blood flow to and from the wristband. I will have tubes going from the bottom to the top and back again.

I think it does need to look more "futury" (the strap at least) and I will be working on it tomorrow at uni.

I think you could use both designs, after modification. Maybe a really un-stylish one for the one in the allyway and a really beautiful one for the one which is worn.
My best ideas come to me while in bed!
