cleanup tool and extrude tool

hello,

i'm new on this forum and not verry good at english.

i got a problem.
i want to cleanup a mesh of a airplane, but what ever i did won't changed.

the problem is that every time i hit the clean up tool, it gives me the same faces.
by the way i just set the faces with more than 4 sides "on".

i include also a pic of the problem.

i tried all ready to export as obj. and delete history

user added image

thx

It looks like those faces aren't n-gons. I wonder if you have duplicated overlapping geometry in the same place. There's a couple artifacts that look like that.

You have it set to "select" the faces instead of "cleanup matching polygons".

i try to make it by extrude edges at the end it gives that the two faces that i bridged were a problem
