Ease-in Ease out

Hey guys, it's been awhile since I've animated anything and so I've got a sphere that I want to rotate in Y continuously. However, it starts out slow and ends slow. I can remember seeing something about "ease-in, ease-out" somewhere but can't find it again for whatever reason. Any help would be appreciated.
