I am following this tutorial, but when I get to 3:10 in the video and go to paint my model, it doesn't work. i get these red lines everywhere and it wont paint in the spots i click, but instead paint randomly over the model. Its a killer whale, so i want the body black, belly white and then the white around the eyes and back. I am extremely new to maya so bare with me if I dont understand what you say. (i'm kind of looking for a tutor/go to person for help on this. I am trying to make a few models to see if this is something i want to purse as a career before handing over thousands to a university. if you dont mind helping me out that would be awesome.)
