Wow, i love the model itself.. its great! I think what you have so far as a texture is great, just yea.. like mike said, you need to add something else. I think having exact black for his robe colors and stuff is just, well.... unrealistic? If you made it a dark grey, then added holes, twines, dust marks... it could make a huge difference. I love the collar though user added image... great idea, reminds me of Unreal Tournament

Almost done.. time to move on to a new project.....

Yeah but the web page i read said for unreal that they have 2 mapps 1 for changing team colour and the other for the face..
