gourand shading on low poly

This is a low poly character that im working on. but in the face i still have creases because of it being low poly. is there any way to get it alittle flatter with out upping the poly count alot? somone told me something about gourand shading but i cant seem to find that. also if anyone wants to make a comment on the model so far please do so.

im not really sure about this... but you can try to select the edges go to edit polygons> normals > soften/harden and click all soft
