Viewing DVD/IE Explorer in Maya

I know that in Soft XSI you can view Internet pages whilst you're working, so it's handy for following tutorials as you go along. Is it possible to do this in Maya aswell? Can you follow a DVD tutorial in Maya whilst you're working?
