Edge dissapearing

Ok here whats goin on I have a simple plan 4x4 in my perspective view I switch to face selection and I see all the faces and edges(in both wireframe and hardware render?). If i go into the side or front in wireframe and look at a 4x4 plane its still all good. The second i switch the view to hardware render is when the problem starts I loose a few horizontal and vertifal edges. But in the perspective viewport there are all still there.

wll it looks all fine to me.

front: the grid lies over the plane and the thick black line covers one edge. and the left side is in the other geometry. see side also.

top: nothing else to be expected

side: you are looking from the side behind the wall. so. now you only see the part of the geometry peering through.

in such a case it is good to turn wireframe on...

whoops ya side is my mistake i forgot i deleted the rear poly face.

I thought Id post another pic IV just noticed its only the middle lines. It happens in both the front and side viewports but I just posted the 1 pic as its the same problem in both. As you can see in the pic I can select the edge but thats only because I clicked in the general area until i seen it selected in the persp view. Its both the horizontal and vertical middle lines in both side and front, the persp view seems to shop all the lines. Thanks for the info though

could be a graphics thing, have you updated your graphic cards to the newest drivers?
