There's nothing normal about normals. In FACT i think the are abnormal.

Thanks for the feedback antiant. Fort the moment im taking a break on the legs, and am going to finish the mouth off. Any suggestions? Should the select the edge loop and just extrude it till its closed inside?

Try posting a perspective view of the legs. It might be easier to see the overall shape.
