Z distortion

I'm working on a car that has to be 1:1 scale, when I modeled it it was fine, but I modeled it at about 1/5th of teh scale, now when I scale up I have a tone of Z plane distortion, where things look like they're going through other things because they're too close together. But they aren't too close together, at all. Is there any way I can fix this? Like a camera setting or something?

EDIT: Should show what I mean, as I can't find anything about it when searching Z distortion, or variants of it. Maybe you guys know the proper name for it?
