IK/FK Rig Pole Vector Issue

so i set up a nice IK/FK rig i have not skinned it yet but was wondering if someone could tell me what is going on with the pole vector so i have the H symbol Parented to the wrist joint and when i move it the pole vector of the IK handle is changed and the elbow joint is out of place now i can fix it by changing the value of the pole vector to 0 but was wondering if there was a fix for this? i added photoes idk if they are showing how can i tell im new to this website.
