Radial Procedural Texture

Looking to procedurally stretch a noise node and have it face the camera at all times.
I've had success getting the texture to stretch along the face the exterior using facing ratio, but trying to get it to point inwards. No idea if I need to map the UV coords differently?

I've attached an image of my current setup, and another of what I'm going for.

Any help or suggestions is much appreciated!
