Complex UV Layout in Maya

adding new joint that isn't already in the attached skin

I selected all my joints through edit -> select all by type -> joints and then added skin to selection too, and after skin -> bind skin -> rigid bind -> options: to selected joints and checked color joints.

So I note that some bones was note included in the attachment so they was in black color. How can I add this black colored joints to the attached skin without loosing other membership?
