Selecting Groups

I made a few groups to make my project a bit easier, but now that I created the groups, I dont know how to select them. Any help would be great!

The easiest way is to select an item in the group and press the up arrow.

up arrow is the easiest, but you can also view groups in the hypergraph. the group is on top, and the pieces belonging to it are listed underneath it (with lines connecting them all).
