Free house tutorials?

I need to do a house project for school but I dont know any good tutorials. Im terrible at modelling.

Yeah......thats why I want free ones......that victorian one looks too good, but it sucks because it costs $$$$ user added image

not to be mean but if you think you can get by with just free stuff then maybe maya isn't the thing for you.

Hey, im a begginner. Dont tell me Maya isnt the thing for me >.> Im looking for some beginner stuff but a lot of the stuff I can find isnt exactly beginner. Ive used most of the free tutorials on here but I wanna do some more stuff.

I know barely anything still.

fair enough if you arent willing to pay for tutes etc, but its always worth noting that the good stuff will always cost money, hell, even old pros like myself need to learn stuff and sometimes paying is the only way.

If youve learnt the basic principles of maya, like learn how to create objects, cut faces, extrude edges etc and so on then these things should be enough for now to get you on your way. Experiment on your own and see what you can come up with, also the maya help files have some light tutes to give you a grounding. Just by merely attending and watching the forums itself is a great way to improve ones skills.

But at the end of the day it will be your attitude and willingness to learn and share techniques that will get you to learn maya.
