Complex UV Layout in Maya

What should I do to fix this?

I know there is a problem with the camera but, What should I do?,How do I fix it?

You could create a new camera and call it "top" go to panels/orthograthic/new/Top then save the scene, remember to save as the lost camera name "top".............dave
