Live mirroring

While desperatly waiting for my DVD to arrive, I tried be productive and modele a face.

My problem is that I would like to model half of it and let the other half be the mirror of the one I am doing.

I know that I can select the object and do <mirror geometry> but I am more looking for something that would change at the same time that I change my half of the face.

I looked around but couldnt find anything like it...

in the duplicate options. next to the Geometry type change it from copy to instance and you are good to go
