ok thought I would have a go at this and decided to enter as norm to make the numbers up
I have a few ideas butno concrete concept yet except I am thinking of a dinosaur cross man , maybe a lizard type man
I will post as soon as I can dig up some inspiration or bones hehe.
Ok did this concept drawing this morning ..not sure if it will change or not , I was thinking of maybe some sort of fin on his back too ..i have slight webing on the fingers and might have a little web flap under the arms too.
I have a another dilemma too...I am not sure whether to model him posed or in a neutral position as I have never rigged a character before and I might not be very successful ..lol

Vagyb ..yes it is polygons, I don't really like nurbs much as I have never been able to comfortably stich them or get fine detail .
BTW I am a noobie too but not too new so decided to go norm and play with the big boys ...lol
hehe well ur doing a great job man. hopefully one day i can make stuff like that . today i must have spent at least 4 hours watching tutorials about polygons
