Okay, I am in... It will be a miracle if i finish, but what the heck. It will be good to get back at it with a challenge,,,
first sketch: thinking of something along the lines of this - a gnarly tree, a sword and a skull. Stylized not too realistic and hopefully much more creepy than this sketch.
looking back at the sketch... not very nightmare-ish :/ I willtry and amp it up some...
here are my first efforts, started the sword.... right now i am thinking low poly... i will block out the scene first and then add detail where needed. I dont have much time, so I want to move quick and dirty and cleanup at the end
Thanks guys... its all coming back to me now, well almost all. I still have to use alot of the pull down menus, because ive forgotten the hot keys
anyway here is a bit of an update, i am keeping the elements fairly simple because everything will be pretty far from the camera. Plus the lighting will be a killer for me, I am pretty gun shy about that part.
