Also, here is a picture of his back and the back of his neck, which ridiculously need more detail. I'm looking for good muscalature for his back, and idea on what I can add and where for a realistic effect without too much poly addition.
On the neck too if possible.
Feel free to critique, personally I think those back blades suck.

Updated Work

Heres a large update of what I've done now guys.
Got the legs and feet all done, now I just need to put in those eyes, and the arms and hands, and texture.

Looking very cool. As for the back, you could rais the muscle more to the neck. The trapezious (sp?) tend to slope and blend into the neck.
