Setup - Scripts, Marking Menus, Shelves, Hotkeys, etc

What would be a good tutorial(s) to download for examples of some of SM's user customizations of the Maya User Interface? IE what are some customizations that people can do with little money?

Yeah I have that one. I'm mainly looking for suggestions, but I do know that there was a movie that Mike did that's part of a series (head modelling tut I think) where he goes into which shelf buttons he uses, etc. Or just general things like "It helps me out when I am editing UVs to..." or some such thing.
