Do we model wrinkles?

Do we model the wrinkles on the face or do we let the texture do the job? What are the limits in creating texture wrinkles or bumps when we texture?

Well, in my experience, I usually model the wrinkles but you can also texture wrinkles on too if you want to be poly-count conscious. Either of them produce good results, depending on the user.
