Decided to model the "classic" Mini car, I'm going for the Cooper style but as i'm struggeling to find good reference photos of one exact model I think its going to be a bit of a hybrid version rarther than one year, or set model.
The colour is just used to work on the model and is def not the final paintwork (its just a std phong with a basic 3 point light set up to evaluate the model's lumps and bumps in the low poly version)
I'm using some blueprints for the basic outline and have been trawing the web for good hi res pictures for the details, which is where the slight problem is.
Man this is comming along very well. I do suggest you should get that studio rendering an dlight book that dilberts was talking about in one of his threads. Your modeling is awesome but im not to keen on the render and thats mainly because i dont like hdri rendering no more haha but man this model is lookins sweet. I cant render for SH*T lol so i always have to do screen shots lol so I have to take my own advice
