"I was refering to a version of Maya someonmentioned on ths thread about a 64 bit version for intel. I might be wrong about that."

ived got a 64bit motherboard and got 32bit windows running on it atm lol... ived got my original 64bit cd for windows here but the problem is when i tried to install my programs on the 64bit windows none of them worked since they were 32bit programs...

i havnt tried maya on the 64bit windows soo does anyone know if it would work? or do i have to get a new maya 7 64bit for windows...

thanks

Not too sure, think you might have to get a 64 bit version of maya (so you'll have to get the 64 bit maya 8.5 now)

dam that sucks ... hope its not too different than maya 7 lol, but it would be better for me since windows 64bit is pretty fast in performance when i had it installed(3 seconds and it was already in windows)
